Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Merchandise Orders

Processing Time: Orders for in-stock merchandise ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, provided by email once your package leaves our facility.

Carrier Transit Time: Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Transit times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
2. Mail-In Repairs

Repair Turnaround: We strive to complete all repairs within 3 business days of your item arriving at our shop.

Return Shipping: Your repaired item ships back within 24 business hours after the repair invoice is paid.

Tracking & Delivery: A tracking number will be provided. As with merchandise, transit times are not guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
3. Shipping Insurance

Customer Responsibility: Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer for both inbound and outbound shipments.

Optional Coverage: We offer an option to purchase shipping insurance when ordering repair services for added protection.

Claims: Any damage that occurs during transit is solely between the customer and the insurance provider. We are not responsible for carrier damage or denied claims.
4. General Notes

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order or sending a repair; we cannot reroute packages once shipped.
