Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing DVD Game Exchange & Repair.
Please review our shipping guidelines below.


1. Merchandise Orders

  • Processing Time: Orders for in-stock merchandise ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, provided by email once your package leaves our facility.

  • Carrier Transit Time: Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Transit times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


2. Mail-In Repairs

  • Repair Turnaround: We strive to complete all repairs within 3 business days of your item arriving at our shop.

  • Return Shipping: Your repaired item ships back within 24 business hours after the repair invoice is paid.

  • Tracking & Delivery: A tracking number will be provided. As with merchandise, transit times are not guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s possession.


3. Shipping Insurance

  • Customer Responsibility: Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer for both inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Optional Coverage: We offer an option to purchase shipping insurance when ordering repair services for added protection.

  • Claims: Any damage that occurs during transit is solely between the customer and the insurance provider. We are not responsible for carrier damage or denied claims.


4. General Notes

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order or sending a repair; we cannot reroute packages once shipped.
